FAQ and Shipping Policy

What is your shipping policy in the USA?

All of our items are hand-made to order, and usually take between five to ten business days to complete. We ship by Priority Mail through USPS or UPS (whichever at the time is the quickest). Typically it takes 2-3 days from the time the items are shipped for them to arrive to you. We are not responsible for USPS delays. We can also ship UPS and Expedited by request. If you need your items sooner, please email us to see if we can accommodate your request before you place your order at info@nsaswim.com

When will my order ship?

In-stock and ready-made items ship next business day.

Made-to-order items are handmade just for you and typically ship within the stated production timeframe on the product page (usually 5-10 business days).

If your order includes both made-to-order and in-stock items, your order will ship together once the made-to-order pieces are complete.

Want your in-stock items faster? Simply place two separate orders — one for ready-to-ship items and one for made-to-order. That way, your in-stock items can ship right away without waiting on production time.

International shipping - are duties and taxes included?

Yes — for most international orders, duties and taxes are included at checkout and collected by our partner, Shopify MarketsPro. This means there should be no surprise fees upon delivery, and everything is handled up front during your purchase.

However, some countries do not allow duties and taxes to be collected in advance. In those rare cases, your local customs office may require payment upon delivery. If this happens, the customer is responsible for any applicable import fees.

What happens if the shipping carrier doesn’t deliver my items?

Once your items leave our facility, we hold no responsibility for anything shipping related to your order. You will need to contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 to try and resolve the issue. Please understand that shipping issues are out of our control and do not reflect on us, but with the shipping carrier directly. If you have not received your order within 5-7 days of us sending it, please contact USPS before contacting us.

My order shows delivered but I haven’t received it. What do I do?

We suggest you contact your local USPS with your tracking information right away. We are not responsible for items once they are shipped out, including lost or stolen packages, orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, and/or prolonged delays by USPS.

Why are all sales final?

All of our bikinis are handmade to order in our No Strings Attached Atelier, therefore, all orders are final sale. If you have any questions on sizing, please contact us before placing your order, and one of our sales associates will gladly assist you in finding the best size for the fit you’re looking for. We do inspect every single item before they ship, but if for some unlikely reason your item comes damaged, please let us know within 3 days of your order being delivered, and we will gladly exchange it for a new one.

Can I cancel an order after it is placed?

You can cancel an order up to one hour after it’s placed for a full refund. We cannot guarantee a cancellation after that due to the fact we get right to work on all orders and order fabrics as orders are placed.
