At No Strings Attached Swimwear, many of our pieces are handmade-to-order right here in the USA. Because of the time, craftsmanship, and customization involved, each swimsuit can take several hours to produce.

Made-to-Order & Custom Shop Items — Final Sale

All made-to-order items and Custom Shop items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Because these items are produced specifically for you, we strongly encourage customers to reach out prior to placing an order with any sizing or fit questions. We are happy to assist by reviewing measurements, discussing fit preferences, and helping determine the best size for your body and desired coverage.

Our team is always available to help you feel confident in your purchase before production begins.


In-Stock Items — Store Credit & Exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges on ready-made, in-stock items for store credit only.

  • Items discounted 20% or more, or marked Final Sale, are not eligible for return or exchange
  • Exchange and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Return & Exchange Timeframes

  • Returns or exchanges must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please log into your customer account.
Your account will show:

  • Whether your item is eligible
  • If you are within the 14-day return window
  • The option to submit your return or exchange request

All return and exchange requests must be approved prior to sending items back.


Return Condition Requirements

Items must be returned:

  • Unworn
  • In original condition
  • With tags attached
  • With hygienic liners in place
  • Free of stains, odors, or damage

Please try on swimsuits over underwear and do not remove liners or tags until you are certain you are keeping the item.

If any of the following occur, the return will not be accepted:

  • Missing tags
  • Missing liner
  • Worn or stretched items
  • Stains, makeup, deodorant, or other markings
  • Odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)
  • Damaged or altered items

Non-Accepted Returns

If an item is received that does not meet the above requirements:

  • The return will not be accepted
  • The item will be sent back to you
  • You will be required to provide a return shipping label for the item to be returned

We reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers who repeatedly return worn or damaged items.


Additional Policy Notes

We are not responsible for:

  • General wear and tear
  • Fabric fading or discoloration over time
  • Hardware wear from regular use

We do provide care instructions to help maintain the longevity of your swimsuit.
